TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ARTICLE 1: INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Effective Date: April 2026
1.1 Agreement to Terms These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you,” “User,” or “Fan”), and Stadium Route (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the stadiumroute.com website as well as the “Stadium Route: Fan Travel Map” mobile application and any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Platform”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE PLATFORM AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
1.2 Changes to Terms We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date of these Terms and Conditions, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms and Conditions to stay informed of updates.
ARTICLE 2: DISCLAIMER OF AFFILIATION AND TRADEMARKS
2.1 Unofficial Fan Utility Stadium Route is an independent, unofficial utility and informational guide created by and for sports fans and travelers.
2.2 No Affiliation with Event Organizers We are NOT affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with FIFA (Fédération Internationale de Football Association), the 2026 World Cup organizers, any regional football confederation (such as CONCACAF, CONMEBOL, UEFA, etc.), any specific national football team, or any official host city organizing committee.
2.3 Trademark Acknowledgement All product and company names, logos, brands, and other trademarks featured or referred to within the Platform are the property of their respective trademark holders. The use of any trade name or trademark within our Platform is for identification and reference purposes only and does not imply any association with the trademark holder of their product brand.
ARTICLE 3: NATURE OF THE SERVICE AND CONTENT
3.1 Informational Purposes Only The Platform provides travel itineraries, stadium navigation maps, offline schedules, visa requirement generalizations, and localized safety information. All content is provided for general informational and planning purposes only.
3.2 Accuracy of Offline Data The Platform features “Offline Mode” capabilities, allowing users to access schedules and maps without an active internet connection. While we strive to keep this data accurate, offline data is subject to becoming outdated. Match times, stadium gate locations, and event schedules may change without warning. You are solely responsible for syncing the app with an internet connection periodically to fetch the latest updates. We accept no liability for missed events, flights, or bookings resulting from relying on outdated offline data.
3.3 Travel, Safety, and Visa Information Disclaimer Travel across international borders (including the United States, Canada, and Mexico) involves inherent risks and strict legal requirements.
Safety Maps: Any “safe zone” or “red zone” maps provided within the Platform are based on generalized public data and crowd-sourced sentiment. We do not guarantee your safety in any location, nor do we guarantee that areas marked as “avoid” are inherently dangerous. You assume all risks associated with travel.
Visa and Customs Checker: The Visa eligibility tools within the Platform are for basic guidance only. Immigration laws change frequently. It is your strict responsibility to verify your specific visa, passport, and entry requirements with the official government embassy or consulate of the destination country prior to travel. We are not liable for denied boarding, deportation, or legal action taken against you by immigration authorities.
ARTICLE 4: AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE AND THIRD-PARTY BOOKINGS
4.1 Affiliate Marketing Model Stadium Route operates as an affiliate publisher. The Platform contains links to affiliate websites (including, but not limited to, Booking.com, Awin, Travelpayouts, Airalo, and others). When you click on an affiliate link and make a purchase or booking, we may receive a commission or percentage of the sale at no additional cost to you.
4.2 No Direct Sales or Fulfillment We do not sell hotel rooms, airline tickets, eSIM data plans, or match tickets. We act solely as a referrer to third-party travel agencies, aggregators, and service providers.
4.3 Third-Party Disputes If you experience an issue with a booking made through an affiliate link found on our Platform (e.g., a canceled hotel reservation, a delayed flight, an invalid eSIM, or a ticket dispute), you must contact the third-party provider directly (e.g., Booking.com customer service). Stadium Route has no access to your booking records, payment information, or reservation status, and we bear no responsibility for refunds, cancellations, or damages resulting from third-party services.
4.4 Ticket Resale Links Any links to ticket resale platforms (such as Viagogo, StubHub, etc.) are provided for convenience. We do not verify the authenticity of tickets sold on third-party platforms. You assume all risks associated with purchasing secondary-market tickets, including the risk of denied entry to the stadium.

You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the mobile application (e.g., you must not be in violation of your wireless data service agreement).
You acknowledge and agree that the App Distributors are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and Conditions, and that each App Distributor will have the right to enforce these Terms and Conditions against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy posted on the Website (stadiumroute.com/privacy-policy), which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions. Please be advised the Platform is hosted globally. If you access the Platform from any other region of the world with laws or other requirements governing personal data collection, use, or disclosure that differ from applicable laws, then through your continued use of the Platform, you are transferring your data to our servers and authorized third-party analytics/advertising partners (such as Google Analytics, Google AdSense, and Google AdMob), and you expressly consent to have your data transferred to and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

If you are an advertiser, you shall take full responsibility for any advertisements you place on the Platform.
9.2 Ad Blockers and User Experience We reserve the right to restrict access to certain features of the Platform if you use software to block our advertising services, as the continued free operation of Stadium Route depends on ad revenue and affiliate commissions.

10.1 Disclaimer of Warranties THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM AND OUR SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE PLATFORM AND YOUR USE THEREOF, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of: (1) your use of the Platform; (2) breach of these Terms and Conditions; (3) any breach of your representations and warranties set forth in these Terms and Conditions; (4) your violation of the rights of a third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights; or (5) any overt harmful act toward any other user of the Platform with whom you connected via the Platform.

13.1 Entire Agreement These Terms and Conditions and any policies or operating rules posted by us on the Platform constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us.
